RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a full no questions asked 30 day return policy. If you are not happy with your item for whatever reason then a return is not a problem at all. If you believe an item is not as described then this is never intentional, we have been buying and selling militaria a long time as well as collecting ourselves and it can sometimes be a minefield that we try to work through. We are always keen to learn though so please if you have more information about an item, let us know. 

If you have a problem, all we ask is that you let us know, theres nothing worse than an item turning up at the office and us not knowing who it has come from! So please contact us as soon as you can and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Right to Cancel (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason. This is your statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g. by email to info@themilitariashop.com) before the 14-day cancellation period has expired.

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Items must be returned in their original condition. Please note that the right to cancel does not apply to items that have been specially ordered or customised for you.


Lost item in the post

Sadly this happens sometimes and we will resolve it for you. Where possible we will ship a replacement item that matches the item you bought or, with your approval, a different item of the same value. If we can't match the item for you. Then we will of course sort a refund. Our job is to get you the item you have paid for!
