Postage & Returns

We are based in the UK but are happy to post worldwide. We aim to dispatch everything within 3 working days.

Smaller, lightweight items are often dispatched the same or next day. For larger items like tank parts, we say 2-3 working days as often a courier will not collect on the day of booking the shipment. 

If you're in a rush for the item, please contact us before ordering so we can quote you a price for faster shipping methods. We are more than happy to help.


The cost of shipping depends on the total weight of the parcel. This will be done automatically by adding the weight of each item together, so the combined shipping cost shown at checkout is the accurate price.  

PLEASE NOTE - The below price guide is now out of date. Due to price rises across the world we have sadly had to put our postage prices up. This form below is still useful as a guide to give you a general idea of prices for shipping. They are the 2020 prices.

Postage Policy
All delivery times are estimates, counted from the day of dispatch, and cannot be guaranteed. Events like the Christmas rush and of course Covid, can have an effect on Royal Mail and other couriers.
UK Shipping
Items will be shipped Royal Mail 1st/2nd class, or with a 2-5 day courier depending on the size of item. 
International Shipping
Royal Mail Economy and Standard are not fully tracked services so nothing will show on tracking until delivery. 
International Tracked is a fully tracked service door to door.

Europe - 2 to 4 weeks
North America - 2 to 6 weeks
South America, Africa & Asia - 2 to 8 weeks
Australia & NZ - 2 to 12 weeks
Royal Mail International Standard 
Europe - 1 to 4 weeks
North America - 2 to 4 weeks
South America, Africa & Asia - 2 to 6 weeks
Australia & NZ - 2 to 6 weeks
Royal Mail International Tracked
Europe - 1 to 2 weeks
North America - 1 to 3 weeks
South America, Africa & Asia - 2 to 4 weeks
Australia & NZ - 2 to 4 weeks
International Express Courier
Worldwide - 2-5 day average.


This is a rare occurrence but sadly does happen. If you believe your parcel has been lost, please contact us and we will attempt to fix the problem for you. This can either be done with a full refund or a replacement item being shipped. 
Please understand that we cannot do anything until the above times have passed, it is only then that the couriers will declare the item lost and we can claim against them.


We have a full no questions asked 30 day return policy. If you are not happy with your item for whatever reason then a return is not a problem at all. If you believe an item is not as described then this is never intentional, we have been buying and selling militaria a long time as well as collecting ourselves and it can sometimes be a minefield that we try to work through. We are always keen to learn though so please if you have more information about an item, let us know. 
If you have a problem, all we ask is that you let us know, theres nothing worse than an item turning up at the office and us not knowing who it has come from! So please contact us as soon as you can and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

International Parcels

Please be aware, you are responsible for any import taxes due in your country. These vary country to country and we sadly cannot know or list them all. If you have any questions about this in advance, please feel free to get in touch.
