Original WW2 South African Army Mk2 Brodie Helmet - British Style Combat Helmet
After supplies of British helmets to the South African army ran dry, they began to make their own variation of the Mk2 which features 3 holes along the rear side for attaching a neck protector. When production got larger and larger (Around 1.5 million were made) they began to sell shells the British army for use in Europe.
We have a large quantity of British army helmets in stock at the moment including Mk1, Mk1*, Mk2, Mk3 and Mk4 helmets. They all vary in condition, liners, dates, paintwork. So in each case you will receive the helmet in the photos above so please examine the detailed photos of the item as the photos make up the main item description.
