A lovely original helmet that appears to have had some ear flaps added (Certainly not a type I have seen!) But a nice original example all over with the comb still in good shape.
This helmet came out of a collection in Carentan, Normandy. We have no specific history with the helmet, but the collector only bought locally so we know it is a Normandy helmet.
