Shipping Information Explained

We aim to ship all letters next working day and parcels within a maximum of 2 working days.

UK Shipping

All parcels will be shipped with Royal Mail Tracked 48 (With the exception of very large parcels which may have to go with a courier)

Large letters under £20 will be shipped Royal Mail 48, we upgrade large letters over approximately £30 to Royal Mail Tracked 48 at our own cost and discretion on a case by case basis.

International Shipping

We now ship all of our items fully tracked worldwide!

Letter & parcels under 2kg will go with Royal Mail International Tracked.

Some countries do not have an agreement for full tracking with Royal Mail, some examples include Brazil & Chile. Items to such countries will be shipped International Signed for, this is tracked within the UK and receives proof of delivery via signature when it is delivered.

South America, Africa & Asia - 2 to 4 weeks
Australia & NZ - 2 to 4 weeks

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We have a full no questions asked 30 day return policy. If you are not happy with your item for whatever reason then a return is not a problem at all. Please simply open a return in your account and ship the items back to us, we will sort the rest.  

If you believe an item is not as described then this is never intentional, we have been buying and selling militaria a long time as well as collecting ourselves and it can sometimes be a minefield that we try to work through. We are always keen to learn though so please if you have more information about an item, let us know. 

If you have a problem, all we ask is that you let us know, theres nothing worse than an item turning up at the office and us not knowing who it has come from! So please contact us as soon as you can and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

Right to Cancel (EU Customers)

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. This cancellation period is extended where it would otherwise expire on a weekend or public holiday. This is your statutory right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise your right to cancel, you can either:

• Start a return or cancellation request directly through your account at https://shopify.com/56292376753/account, or
• Contact us by email at info@themilitariashop.com with a clear statement of your decision to cancel

You may cancel at any time before your order has been fulfilled, or within the 14-day window after delivery of the last item.

If you cancel your order, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery, without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction unless expressly agreed otherwise.

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. Items must be returned in their original condition.

Please note that the right to cancel may not apply to certain items, including goods that have been specially ordered or customised for you. If you are unsure whether your item is covered, please contact us before returning.

LOST ITEM IN THE POST

Sadly this happens sometimes and we will resolve it for you. Where possible we will ship a replacement item that matches the item you bought or, with your approval, a different item of the same value. If we can't match the item for you. Then we will of course sort a refund. Our job is to get you the item you have paid for!
